Overview

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Paid Training Start Date: Monday, March 3, 2025

Training Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm EST (hours may be adjusted)

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday - Friday: 10:30am - 7pm EST

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

Answer inbound calls regarding:
Billing inquiresDisconnect/ReconnectPayment ArrangementsBudget BillingsMake paymentsProcess trouble and outage ordersMove In/Out ServiceAssist with My Account (Online Accts)
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Must have prior call center experienceGreat Attendance Computer Navigation skillsMust be able to type minimally 35-40 WPMGreat Communication skills Open to working overtime - We are the client's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekendsAdhere to a 20-minute daily break 1 hour lunchMultitask Skills
For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload

*Camera requirements - Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
