Job Summary:
Greets visitors, answers telephone calls, and performs clerical tasks. Assist the customer service team.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate telephone console with courtesy and tact, receive calls, determine nature of request and route accordingly.Furnish information to callers.Receives outside visitors and directs them to department or personnel.Maintain sign-in log book.May verify or check credentials or issue visitor pass.Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.Prepares outgoing mail utilizing mail machine and tracks available postageMaintains safe and clean reception area by complying with policies and procedures.Performs a variety of clerical duties.Additional duties may be assigned.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
