During the course of a day, you will
Expertly and accurately prepare quotes and handle change requests from sales, designers, and customersPlace orders with manufacturers and check what they acknowledge back to usWork closely with manufacturing partners for getting current pricing, order specifications, and shipping noticesTrack incoming shipments and keep everyone informed of any issues with manufacturing partners or other order issuesMeet with your team in person and on video callsFollow required accounting guidelines for order approvals and order documentation and e-filingProblem-solve with your team for anything that could go wrong on an order Make sure the delivery crews know any special delivery instructionsCoordinate with delivery team on any delivery issues that need new parts, repairs or return trips scheduledWork with accounting to ensure correct and complete billing to customersRespond to voluminous emails with vendors, team members, and clientsBe in the office typically from 7:30-4:30 with standard breaks during the training period. Potential hybrid option after successfully completing training.
