Summary:

This position is located in Valencia, CA. The person will oversee multiple accounts all while managing the portfolio of account. These accounts will fall under Aerospace and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).If you are one that has a background in Aerospace/Manufacturing, can build strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business contacts, and stakeholders then we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities

Serve as the Point of Contact for all matters involving order management for accounts to include negotiating, following up on quotes and obtaining approvals by partnering with finance.Review contract, RFQ/RFP, coordinate with other functions internally to fully understand the requirements and prepare the quotes/proposals accordingly.Lead onsite meetings, telecons, proposal kick off and tag-ups to meet the customers' goals and objectives.Ensure the timely and successful delivery schedule and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Work cross functionally with multiple teams in the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in Aerospace, Engineering, or technical industry sectorLeadership, teaming, team problem solving, program management and time management skillsUnderstanding of federal laws, and corporate and project financeMust be well organized and have a history of supporting customer/ sales programs.Proficient in proposal/contract, terms and conditions, preparation, negotiation and management (compliance matrices)3-5 years of experience in Client Account Management, contract administration, project management, quality or supply chain in manufacturing, operations or aerospace environmentStrong MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT experience)Must be well organized and have a history of managing multiple customer programs.Interfacing with customers on daily basisPrevious experience in proposal/contracts including terms and conditions, preparation, negotiation and management
