Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from various sources, including phone calls, ++-and emails.
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer, phone, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work early morning hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work early mornings (4am or 5am)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and Weekends
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Possess strong customer service skills/telephone skills
  • Must be detail oriented, and able to process orders with speed and accuracy
  • Efficient communication with our customers and team members.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to enter data and process data precisely.
  • Effectively and efficiently work with other members of customer service.

Minimum Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED Must have attention to detail Ability to Multi-task Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
