You will meet all customer requirements for a Business Unit with the goal of total customer satisfaction by entering and processing customer orders, communicating all customer requirements to appropriate departments, and ensuring that all orders are shipped as requested by the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes customer order expedite and change requests by working with production and purchasing to determine availability of products.Performs reviews of the released orders to ensure order status is up to date in the system, works with various departments to determine the status of orders, and communicates to customers the status of their orders.Works with Quality to satisfy customer complaint issue; generate customer product return paperwork as needed.Releases customer purchase orders to production and verifies customer orders for assigned Business Unit(s) to ensure proper level of detailVerifies customer sample orders into the ERP

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in a Customer Service roleHigh school diploma or equivalencyBachelor's degree or manufacturing experience a plusVery strong customer service skillsThorough and attentive to detailsVery good verbal and written communication skillsComprehension to read and understand customer specifications and apply critical thinking skillsAbility to use MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.) as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other sales systems
