Position Summary:

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our underground waterworks customers. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, create accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate with vendors and sales reps to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. If you have strong communication skills, experience in the waterworks industry, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service and support to customers, vendors, and sales repsInterpret takeoffs and create accurate quotes for underground and municipal waterworks jobsEnter and manage orders using our ERP system (Eclipse experience a plus!)Track shipments, handle submittals, and ensure project documentation is completeCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product accuracyHelp resolve customer issues and billing questions professionally and promptlyServe as a key internal resource for product applications, availability, and solutionsOccasionally assist with warehouse or counter duties as needed
Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional experience or training a plus)1+ year of related customer service, inside sales, or estimating experienceStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to read blueprints and calculate material needs accuratelyFamiliarity with underground waterworks products and applications preferredUnderstanding of plumbing products requiredExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesComfortable navigating Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Frequent sitting, talking, typing, and walkingOccasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)Must pass substance abuse screening
