Overview

As a member of the Sales team, you will drive the Customer Experience. Engage with external customers to liaison between internal functions and customers on product and order related issues. Process orders, providing pricing and delivery information, answering questions pertaining to shipments, and the handling all other inquiries to ensure that customers receive services that meet or exceed their expectations

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer support is a key to retaining customers. Crucial to customer support is providing
customers with order status. Order status helps with better business relationships and improves customer
retention. The Inside Sales - Customer Service Role will request status on customer orders, including returns, from
the status team. They will then communicate this information directly to the customer.This position is responsible for coordinating payment with the customer via credit card or wire transfer. You will also be responsible for obtaining credit card information and processing the credit card transaction when the order is ready to ship.Responsible for updating the q-clause file when requested by the
production planning team.Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.
Qualifications

High School Diploma

Customer service and sales experience preferred
