About the role
This position provides customer service support for Allsup Employment Services beneficiaries as it relates to the Social Security Administration"s Ticket to Work Program. The primary responsibility is to provide support in English and Spanish to customer through phone, email, and chat in a contact center setting.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required)One (1) to two (2) years' customer serviceAbility to learn, retain and apply informationAbility to multitask effectively in a fast paced environmentStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skillsMust be flexible, adaptive and responsive to changeHighly motivated and target driven
