Role Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role within our B2B Customer Service Account Team, ensuring accurate, timely order management while coaching your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In This Role, You Will...
Lead and develop a team of ~7 account representatives to provide top-tier service to our customer partnersEnsure order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness, managing exceptions using daily reports and analyticsCollaborate cross-functionally with Forecasting, Traffic, Distribution, Operations, and Credit teams to meet customer needsDrive operational improvement by supporting systems testing, EDI implementations, and customer-specific reportingContribute to department metrics by supporting key initiatives around lines on-time complete (LOTC), budget goals, and fine mitigation
What You Bring to the Team
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a customer-facing role; leadership experience (1-2 years) strongly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Oracle experience is a plusAbility to balance customer-first thinking with internal process requirements
The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $65,000 to $80,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
