DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
About the role:

As a part of our Billing team, you will specialize in processing payments and billing customers. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to TQL's Sales Teams. This role will manage inbound accounting-related requests via phone, email or in person interaction with a focus on issue resolution, customer satisfaction and relationship development.

What you'll be doing:
Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payableReview all documents for accuracy while ensuring they are filled out completelyMake outbound calls to resolve paperwork issuesCommunicate with sales teams and customers to help resolve any billing discrepanciesAnswer incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate teamProvide excellent customer service to TQL's internal and external customers through issue resolution regarding billing and payment concernsWork cross-functionally with other sales support departments to help resolve billing and payment issuesAct as a liaison between Sales and AccountingIdentify billing and/or process issues and escalate accordingly

Availability to work 8am - 5pmAbility to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completionExcellent communication skills with great attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office productsThe desire to be a part of TQL while contributing to our continued growthDemonstrated exceptional punctualityExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
