This position is located in-office at the Rockwall Branch - 2830 Ridge Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing customer transactions, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. You will be the face of our company and your friendly, professional attitude is essential in building customer relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to helping customers with their financial needs.

Job Responsibilities
Greet customers upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous serviceProcess deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain accurate records of transactionsBalance cash drawer and reconcile discrepanciesAnswer customer inquiries and provide appropriate informationRefer customers to the appropriate staff for further assistanceMaintain a clean and professional work stationAdhere to all security procedures and regulations to minimize riskIdentify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or servicesCross-sell bank products and services to customersEnsure compliance with banking regulations and policiesMonitor customer feedback and provide insights for product and process improvementsEnsures compliance with established Bank policies and procedures.Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and related laws as they pertain to the Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering andCustomer Information Program.Job Requirements
