Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Analyst's primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Company and its customer base by supporting customer inquiries, complaints and order processing.
Responsibilities
Provide a point of contact for external and internal customers that will be responsible to supply updates and feedback regarding customer account informationUnderstand the unique aspects of your customer accountAct as a liaison between external customer and other areas of the Metalcraft of Mayville organization and Scag Power EquipmentEnsure customer documents are handled and process accurately, in a timely and efficient mannerWork with manufacturing team to ensure customer expectations are achievedMonitor and track customer delivery performance ratingsMonitor and maintain customer web based programsRespond to customer phone calls, e-mail and faxes in a timely and professional mannerOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Exceptional people skills in working with external customers and internal customersStrong team playerSolid focus on customer expectations and needsBasic understanding of materials planning and inventory conceptsGood understanding of manufacturing processesCreative thinking skillsExceptional oral and written communication skillsAssociate degree with a business emphasisExperience in Customer RelationsA minimum of 5 years of work experience in Production Planning or Customer ServiceSAP knowledge is helpfulBasic knowledge of word and excelExperience handling major OEM customers in a manufacturing environment or metal fabrication is a plus
