MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- AND Two (2) year's customer service, call center, or bookkeeping experience
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm with Rotating Shifts (Hours may vary)
- Required to be on call.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under basic supervision, performs customer service functions for clients of the Water Utility Services Department (WUSD).
