Description

As the Customer Service Representative, you will work with customers to make sure we are meeting our commitments. 

  • Assist customers via telephone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Assess and resolve customer issues

Experience Needed:

  • Microsoft Office programs such as Word & Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
