Customer Service Representative
As the Customer Service Representative, you will work with customers to make sure we are meeting our commitments.
- Assist customers via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Assess and resolve customer issues
- Microsoft Office programs such as Word & Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
