As an Customer Service Representative you will work in the following areas:
- Training and coaching others to develop their skills
- Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
- Learning the business aspect of running an advertising and marketing firm
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Promotional Advertising, marketing, business development, and customer service
Successful Customer Service Representatives must have the following characteristics:
- 2-3 years of experience within a similar field
- Leadership or effective communication skills
- Drive, ambition, and motivation for success
- Excellent phone skills. Speaks clearly, slowly and is a good listener
- Character, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to adapt and respond to a the unique needs of different customers
