A Client Services Specialist will join Ntracts on the Client Services team to support Ntracts' clients in their use of the CLM platforms. Areas of focus will be monitoring Zoho ticket queue, researching and answering questions, troubleshooting with client and internal resources, and quality assurance testing.


  • Gain full understanding of capabilities of Ntracts platforms and modules with the ability to research and think critically through custom configurations.
  • Answer, research, and troubleshoot client requests submitted through Zoho or phone calls.
  • Escalate support requests to Ntracts Developers as needed, through Azure DevOps tickets.
  • Communicate with Client System Administrators on an as needed basis depending on tickets.
  • Create, update, and distribute documentation through the Client Support Notebooks.
  • Complete system testing on change requests tickets submitted from client requests.
  • Provide technical support and consultation services to end-user with issue identification, reproduction, and resolution through either email, phone call, or video calls.
  • Support the onboarding process for new resources, on an as needed basis.
  • Identify customer needs and provide guidance to clients on use of system.
  • Analyze and report on database trends based on client requests.
  • Collaborate with team members identifying opportunities to create process efficiencies.
  • Support clients in administration, maintenance, user management, database architecture management, and system configuration.
  • Gather client feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams.
  • Stable internet connectivity
  • Open to shifted working hours based off time zone (8a – 5p EST; 11a – 8p EST), to be discussed during interviewing process
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL is helpful
  • Ability to hold multiple projects and complete deliverables in a timely manner
  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations
  • Love of making an impact and thriving in small, collaborative, and energetic teams
  • Position is open to remote or hybrid based on location to Chattanooga, TN
